Warranty Policy
Your Optic Eyewear frames have arrived, you are looking and seeing great, but that is not the end of our service to you!
We have a 30 day no-hassle return policy so, if you change your mind or need an adjustment in this period, get in touch. We will do everything we can think of to make you happy.

Product warranty
We provide a two year warranty on all our products. If you have a problem with your product, please contact us. Our team in Cork will be more than happy to help you find a solution.
We know every customer is individual and you will be treated as such, but we do have a general approach to dealing with glasses damaged during the two year warranty period: If a product is defective, we will replace it for free if still available, otherwise we will exchange it for something similar, or give you a refund.
Warranty Limitations
We cannot offer warranty replacement or refund if the following applies:
- Glasses were damaged deliberately or through neglect.
- Glasses have been used improperly or carelessly (make sure to read our care guide).
- Glasses have normal wear and tear associated with use.
- They have been damaged by cleaning without following our care guide
After 2 Years
If 2 years have passed since getting your Optic Eyewear frames and you are having issues, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help but it is probably time for a new frame anyway! Make sure to check our new ranges to see if there is anything that interests you!
